 Life is the blessing of Allah. The journey of life is not always perfect but we must stay positive at times. Every specie has their rights to live their life, as they want to live. On the other hands, challenges are also the part of life. When we face challenges in our life, we have learned many things. It could be difficult to face the challenges but we get experience about different things by facing that challenge. We learn that every problem has a solution and also how to find the solution of a problem.

To improve your life you have to set your goals and daily routine. You have to think that what is the purpose of you to stay in this world. what are your key points. what are the habits of you. what are things that you want to do. what are the things that you want to achieve in your life. what are the places that you want to visits. what kind of people that you would like to met. what kind to things that you want to stay away etc.

 Remind yourself everyday about your goals in the morning.


·         Writing down your goals is important: Doing this simple exercise can help a lot to improve your life. When we have set goals in our life, these gives us the purposes to spend life. To set goals in life, we must understand what we want to achieve in life. Then we have to plan out that what is the way to achieve our goals.

 

2. Focus:

Be focused and determined.

·         Focusing on the key tasks: When you have set goals than you should be focused to fulfill the task. You should be determined about your goal without thinking that how hard is the situation.

      Pay attention towards your business.

·         On business: Business plays a very important role in our society. It’s an activity that shapes our society. The time spends on business helps to improve your skills and increases your experience also. You have learned how to manage the people and the psychology of different people.

·         Read: Reading is a good habit. Business also establish the habit of reading which makes you focused and determined towards work.

 

4. Negotiation:

    Negotiate about the concerned topics.

·         Reading on negotiation can also change your life: when you negotiate by reading, it teaches you a lot of things. You can discover new ideas, new terms and new ways of business. So, the negotiation helps you a lot in growing your personality and makes your life meaningful.

There are following components of fitness:

 

·    Cardiorespiratory endurance

(how long or fast a person perform an activity and what are its effect on his heart and oxygen consumption)

 

·    Muscular endurance:

(A person can perform how many repetitions of an exercise i.e. pushups and sit ups)

 

·    Muscular strength: 

(In repetition’s how much weight can moved i.e. bench press)

 

·    Muscular power:

(During given activity how much force can be generated advanced equipment used by biomechanics are used to measure this)

·    Body composition;

        

              (In a body, the amount of fat versus other tissues such as muscle, bones and skin i.e. tests using mathematical equations)

1-Diet is the key

Diet is the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community eats. Eat well to look good and actually be good from the inside.

The calorie was first introduced by Nicolas Clément. It comes from Latin calor, meaning 'heat'. .A calorie is a unit of energy that comes from a variety of sources, such as coal or gas.

 If you end up eating more, burn those extra calories through the workout.
