Food is any substance ( fat, protein, carbohydrate and other nutrients) used to grow the body and furnish energy. Our favorite foods that we want to eat are not as good for us as we think which includes ketchup, salad, yogurts, fruit juices, dressing, and even bread are sometimes as bad as candy and other junk foods. when we eat our Greek yogurts we feel that we are eating healthy. But in reality, we are not eating healthy. Most of the times we have heard that the food is “organic” Natural, cholesterol-free, gluten-free, fat-free, and all these words are used just because to attract consumers into thinking a product is healthier. All these things are common from the past few years and these allow the shoppers to overestimate the healthfulness of an item based on a single claim i.e. low-fat, low calories or gluten-free.
